A Thomas Cook Villa Rep's role is to represent the arm of our business that specialises in managing comfortable, welcoming, high spec villa accommodation. So about as far as you can get from the everyday office environment.
Your role will be to ensure that our customers get settled into it right away before helping to give them a holiday they’ll cherish. And, from the moment you set hearts racing with your entertaining welcomes to the all-too-soon farewells, you’ll leave customers with an impression of fantastic service and absolute professionalism. That means offering out-of-hours emergency contact, carrying out regular service visits to our villas, handling requests and complaints effectively and keeping in regular contact with villa owners.
So, what are we looking for? Well, along with some customer service and admin experience, you’ll need to be a true people person who loves organising, loves providing great service and loves the sunshine. And you must be able, and eligible, to drive overseas too. Anything else will be covered by the comprehensive training you’ll get to ensure you meet the high standard that our villa customers expect.
