“My role as a Villa Rep is a really rewarding position. From the start of our customers' holidays to the end, it's my job to ensure that they have an excellent time while staying at their luxury villa. It begins with a warm welcome and ends with a warm wave goodbye.
“Much of my role is about dealing with guests on a one-to-one basis, whether that's giving them information on the resort or resolving maintenance issues. The customers enjoy being secure in the knowledge that I'm available to them to resolve any problems or issues promptly and professionally.
“As a Villa Rep you need to understand that our villa customers really value their privacy – but they like to know that someone is there, at the end of the phone, if they do need us.
“What gives me the most satisfaction in the role is when the guests thank me for helping them have an unforgettable holiday at the end of their stay.”
